Necessary information that eases the provision of travelling services, including travelling preferences such as travel class preference, names and last names of travelers and their information (type of document, number of identification, date of birth, gender, email address, nationality, expiry date of passport) information of person of contact in case of accident or any other circumstance.

Request of information: Full Name, Phone, city and email address.

Trip information: type of request, date of departure, length of the trip, number of adult travelers, number of underage travelers, hotel category, food restrictions and additional services.

The previously mentioned information may be kept and processed in our servers located in the center of data processing which can be owned or contracted by suppliers located in different countries, which is authorized by our clients at the moment of accepting the terms and conditions of our privacy and treatment of personal data policy.
